Check-in at Genesis Suites is from 2 PM – 5 PM. Late check-in is subject to availability. Please note the Minimum check-in age is 21. Check-out time is before 11 AM.

Yes, Parking is free for guests. Genesis Suites has a car park right on site for maximum convenience. Genesis offers free onsite self-parking and free onsite extended parking. Free onsite RV/bus/truck parking is available. Genesis also has Wheelchair-accessible parking on site. Take note that height restrictions apply for onsite parking. There is also free offsite parking nearby.

Genesis Suites features an on-site restaurant for your dining convenience.
The Genesis Bistro is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The venue also serves a variety of cocktails and features a Sushi Bar. Popular restaurants in Genesis All-Suite Hotel’s neighborhood which is known as Greater Melrose, include Gabriellas Pizzeria, Michelo’s Pizzeria and Frangelicas. Remember, each suite has kitchenettes with full-sized refrigerators / freezers, stove-tops, microwaves, and cookware / dishes / utensils. Grocery shopping can be conveniently done on-site at the Woolworths Food and Pick&Pay at Genesis Shopping Centre.

Genesis Suites does not permit smoking in any of its suites. The same applies to all the other facilities at Genesis On Fairmount Shopping Centre which only allows smoking in designated areas.
